How do I prepare?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid using oily skincare products around the eyes on the day of your appointment, and if you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them before your treatment.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2–4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you follow the aftercare instructions. We recommend booking a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full look.
How do I care for my lashes after the appointment?
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Clean them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser, avoid rubbing your eyes, and brush them gently with a clean spoolie each day
Can I get lash extensions if I have sensitive eyes?
Many clients with sensitive eyes can still wear lash extensions. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment so we can recommend the most suitable products.
Can I book infills if my lashes were done by another salon?
Yes. Please book a foreign infill if your current extensions were applied by another lash artist. If the existing lashes are not suitable for a refill, a removal and a new full set may be recommended.
